Channels sub structure
For the refurbishment of architectural heritage in natural stone and for the construction of new landmarks such as monumental fountain the engineering skills and experience of the team are often requested.
These sub structures are designed when the support is absent or unable to hold the stone cladding. A long frame is welded on a supporting bracket on the upper part and retaining fixings on the lower part which will be fixed to the supporting structure of the building.
Stones are then connected to the structure by threaded rods or punctual anchors such as flat FX or FXL.
Self supporting sub structures are design and manufactured in the Fixinox plant.
