Housing thermal refurbishment – Boulogne/Mer

 Architectural precast concrete is the solution on the ground floor as the pertinent shock and bump protection.

For refurbishment the diagnosis of the load capacity of the old façade is compulsory. Fixinox has implemented pull out tests on the concrete discovering a poor quality.

A custom made vertical plug plate has been developed which distributes the pull out stress on 2 M16 expansion bolts.
