FHB ISOPRO balcony connections are used to prevent thermal bridges and condensation inside the building. The insulation material (EPS) has a standard thickness of 8 cm, but is also available in 4 or 6 cm version.  An integrated concrete pressure layer simplifi es the installation within the mould, avoiding collision with the large number of reinforcement bars of the concrete element itself.  This pressure layer is made of a special concrete recipe, only known at the DIBT (Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik).  The reinforcement bars are partially made in stainless steel BST 500 NR.

The FDA consists of double headed anchors connected by a perforated strip.  Together with concrete and bending reinforcement, the studrail prevents punching failure.  The double headed anchors can be supplied in Ø 10, 12, 14, 16, 20 en 25 mm, the length between 125 mm and 750 mm.

FPSA and FTSE couplers are produced with metric thread, going from M12 up to M48, connecting bars Ð10 to Ð40 mm.  They provide a secure and long lasting connection of the in situ concrete elements, the static load capacity of continuous reinforcement bars guaranteed.  There is no requirement to use a special tool to apply a specified torque. FWB rebend connections are used for efficient connection of concrete elements. After casting in, the galvanised cover is removed and the
reinforcement bars are rebended, ready to connect the next load of concrete.

FWB rebend connections benefi t a KOMO-productcertifi cate based on BRL 0506 (Nr. K22915/01).  FALC alligator couplers assure a safe load transfer connecting 2 reinforcement bars, and are particularly used in following situations:
• replacement of damaged reinforcement
• connection of new structures to old structures
• connection of prefabricated concrete structures
• connection of multi-store prefabricated chimneys

Together with the matching Tbolts, FTA cast-in channels provide the solution for almost every fi xing problem.
The channels are manufactured in 3 different versions: hot-dipped galvanised, stainless steel A2 (AISI 304) and stainless steel A4 (AISI 316).  They are available in types 28/15 up to 74/48, both in cold as in hot rolled profi le.
Other available types of channels are:
• FZA and FXA toothed channels for equal load bearing in all directions
• FMA channels for fi xing brickwork
• FTU channels for fi xing metal profi les

The FF-ring clutch lifting anchor is made of fl atsteel St 52-3 with load groups 1,25 to 26,0 t.  The anchors are installed within the mould using a recess former which retains the anchor securely in position during concrete placing.  When removed, a recess suitable for only the correct size of ring clutch is left, and the element can be lifted.  A complete range of anchors is available with, among others, erection anchors, universal anchors, fl at foot anchors and spread anchors.

The spherical-head lifting anchor is forged from round material St 52-3 with load groups from 1,3 t up to 45,0 t.
The anchor is cast in, together with a recess former, which will be removed after drying of the concrete.
With the FH2 head link, the element can now be lifted.

Sandwich panels are reinforced concrete elements consisting of an exterior layer, an insulating layer and a supporting layer.
The sandwich panel anchors provide the link between the exterior layer and the supporting layer and distribute the forces, using support anchors (sleeve connector or fl at anchor), torsion anchors (fl at anchor or crossed connector pins) and retaining anchors (connector pins or clip-on stirrups). All parts are made of A4 grade stainless steel.

FIXI 3D is a facing panel anchor system for fixing prefabricated components in architectonic concrete on the supporting structure of a building.

The facing panel anchors are available for load ratings 5,0 kN to 34,0 kN and are made of A4 grade stainless steel.

Additional to the facing panel anchors, the allaying wall anchor is specially designed for the fi xing of low frontage components. They can be supplied in weight categories from 100 kNcm to 900 kNcm, either with or without height adjustment possibility.
